By using Octograf, you agree to these terms. We have kept them as plain as possible.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or downloading any materials from Octograf, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Octograf.

Relationship to Apple Standard EULA

If you download Octograf from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. These Terms govern your Octograf account, service use, user content, subscriptions, and related features.

2. Your Account

To use certain features of Octograf, you may need to register for an account. It is important that you:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your password and account details secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

Octograf is a professional network. We expect you to treat others with respect. You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right.
Interfere with security-related features of the Service.
Use automated means (scraping) to access the Service without our permission.
Harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
Upload or share content you do not have rights to.
Use Octograf to spam people or violate privacy rights.

4. Proprietary Rights

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, and all other elements of the Service ("Materials") provided by Octograf are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Service are the property of Octograf or its third-party licensors.

5. Subscriptions

Octograf may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including Octograf Premium Monthly and Octograf Premium Annual, through Apple In-App Purchase.

Before purchase, the app displays the subscription title, subscription length, price, trial availability if applicable, renewal terms, and the features included.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription prices and availability may vary by country or region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Refund requests for Apple In-App Purchase transactions are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

6. User Content

You retain copyright and any other proprietary rights that you may hold in the Content that you post to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OCTOGRAF BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS).
