Delete Account

If you want to permanently delete your Octograf account, you can do it directly in the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Octograf app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

What data gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete the account and the data associated with it, including:

  • Your profile information
  • Your contacts
  • Your voice notes
  • All associated relationship data, notes, and linked records connected to your account

Permanent deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once the deletion is confirmed, your account and associated data cannot be restored.

Delete only some data

If you do not want to delete your full account, you can still delete some of your data in the app. For example, users can delete individual contacts directly inside Octograf without deleting the entire account.
